About the Role
Join a dynamic Insight team and help shape its future! The Insight Team at BUCS is fairly new and this role has scope to help identify new opportunities and achieve the team’s ambitions. The Insight Analyst will work with the Insight Manager to collect, analyse, and present data and insight to BUCS staff, members and other stakeholders. The Insight Analyst will also take the lead on key projects that support the Insight Manager to deliver the overall data and insight strategy.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience working in insight, market research or a similar field. They will be confident with a range of data collection and analysis methods, have experience of deriving high-quality insights from quantitative and qualitative data, and be able to present these insights to non-specialist audiences in a clear, actionable way.
Please note this is a fixed-term position ending on 31 March 2027. There may be potential for the contract to be extended beyond this date, subject to funding and organisational need.
