About Your Team
You’ll report directly to the Project Director and lead a multidisciplinary team of department heads. Our teams are built on mutual respect, shared goals, and a commitment to delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.
Your Role
- Lead project execution, ensuring safety, quality, and profitability standards are met.
- Manage the Cost-Versus-Allowable (CVA) process to protect contract profit margins.
- Oversee engineering deliverables, procurement schedules, and programme integration.
- Enforce HSE compliance and SHEIRMS standards across all activities.
- Chair weekly commercial and progress meetings, ensuring alignment with targets.
- Manage human resources, including performance reviews and team development.
- Provide accurate monthly reports and manage CVA updates with senior management.
This is a full-time role that requires travel between project sites and client locations.
What We’re Looking For
Experience- 10+ years in project management, including leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven expertise in contract administration, cost control, QA/QC, and HSE compliance.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience managing large-scale projects.
- Familiarity with sustainable construction practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering (or equivalent).
- PMP or Agile/Lean certification (preferred).
