What do you need to be successful?
- A record of success in agency side Technology, Data and Transformation Recruitment
- Experience leading successful sales/recruitment teams
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
- Experience managing the 360 recruitment processes for Technology, Data and Transformation across contract or permanent employment environments
- The "knack" in building trusted relationships and the ability to network
- Love and passion for your specialist market!
- A "human" approach to recruitment - robots and transactional recruiters need not apply
- Brilliant communication skills - we love meeting and speaking to people to support their career aspirations!
- Competitive (friendly) with a history of achievements - we love people to push themselves out of their comfort zone
