What will you do as an Operations Lead

• Managing a multi-tiered international supply chain across raw materials, co-manufacturing, and finished goods
• Monitoring and managing stock levels across warehouses and sales channels to maintain optimal availability
• Creating and adjusting production schedules to align with sales demand and manufacturing lead times
• Communicating clearly with suppliers including site visits, logistics partners, & internal teams to ensure alignment
• Analysing data and trends to anticipate stock issues or inefficiencies
• Creating and updating purchase orders and production plans

What will you need to be an Operations Lead

• Ideally have experience using Unleashed / Shopify / Xero: Preferred
• Experience within supply chain coordination, production planning, or logistics
• Exposure to international supply chains & understand the challenges of lead times, MOQs, & freight
• Must be proficient in Excel
• Must hold a valid licence, may be required to drive to a different site
