Your Role as a Trainee Mortgage Broker:

• Develop your expertise in mortgage and protection advice, working towards full CeMAP 1 qualification.
• Learn to assess client financial situations and provide tailored mortgage solutions.
• Build strong client relationships and generate mortgage leads through networking and proactive engagement.
• Work alongside senior Mortgage Advisors to gain hands-on experience in advising clients and handling mortgage applications.
• Stay updated with industry regulations and lender criteria to provide top-tier advice to clients in Congleton and beyond.

What We Are Looking For:

• Part or fully CeMAP 1 qualified (or actively working towards it).
• Sales or customer service experience, ideally in a financial or property-related industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping clients.
• A highly motivated, ambitious individual with a desire to succeed in a high-earning, commission-based role.
• Ability to generate and manage your own leads, demonstrating entrepreneurial drive.

Location: Congleton

This role is based in Congleton, a thriving area with a strong property market and excellent opportunities for mortgage professionals. Candidates must be local or willing to commute to Congleton.
