The Role You’ll take the lead on a variety of high-impact mandates, managing transactions from start to finish while supporting business development and mentoring junior colleagues. Virtual job fairs Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day execution of M&A transactions, from sale documentation and buyer outreach to due diligence and contract negotiation Oversee and review complex financial models, forecasts, and valuations Prepare compelling pitch and transaction materials, including management presentations and client reports Conduct critical analysis of financial statements and commercial data Play an active role in business development, building client relationships and spotting market opportunities Mentor junior team members and support internal training initiatives Take part in strategic planning and team leadership, including recruitment and resourcing Act as a key liaison with other service lines across the business What We’re Looking For Significant corporate finance experience, ideally with a blend of traditional and special situations M&A Proven track record of managing deals end-to-end in a client-facing environment Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to navigate complex data and tight deadlines Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills Hands-on experience in team leadership, coaching, and career development A confident, proactive team player with the ability to influence and challenge effectively Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; additional language skills are a plus but not required Why Apply?
