The main purpose of this job is to build and install displays to the highest standard, showcasing the amazing furniture of Woodstock brands across the South and South East.
Schedule: This role is Monday to Friday with Bank Holidays off, along with a Christmas closure and your birthday off. Please note due to the nature of this role nights out will be required.
What will you do?
- Build and Install display bathrooms to the highest standard
- Helping interpret customer design ideas and guide them towards the best options
- Provide feedback on quality and installation of products
- Support aftersales customer care with any technical queries
- Ad-hoc maintenance and updating of display units at customer sites
- Helping to advise and train staff when technical issues arise
We have customers across the country, so this role requires nights out. You will be travelling to the customers' business address which will require nights out throughout the mainland UK.
What do I need?
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Understanding the technical elements of our products
- Good standard of Education, including GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above (or equivalent)
- Demonstrable experience of the bathroom and/or kitchen industry desirable
- Flexible in your approach, overnight stays and responding positively
- Valid Van license with less than 6 points
- Willing and able to travel throughout the UK
