We are currently recruiting a Customer Services Administrator to join the team at our Blackburn site on a full time, temporary basis.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a well-organised and IT-literate individual who wants to begin a career within either supply chain or the manufacturing industry. This role will give you great exposure to what it takes to keep an industry-leading cake & dessert manufacturer ticking and ensure that our customers - some of the largest food retailers in the country - are receiving stock in a timely and efficient manner.
You will work alongside our Commercial and Production Planning teams to ensure our customers receive orders accurately and on time, every time. This role is completely office-based, and you will utilise Microsoft Excel as well as our ERP system, Tropos, within your daily role; therefore, strong IT skills are essential.
The role of a Customer Services Administrator
- Communicate with the finance team, ensuring all orders are invoiced correctly.
- Input any additions and amendments to orders via our ERP system.
- Build good communications and relationships with all internal and external customers.
- Track all delivery failures and ensure orders are updated accordingly.
- Monitor and action all emails daily.
- Communicate service results to the wider business.
- Complete daily reports.
- Maintain Christmas order tracking via Excel spreadsheets.
- Complete relevant delivery confirmation for accounts.
- Export documentation.
- Handle telephone enquiries.
- Reconcile and maintain daily all stocks including site and 3PL, resolving/investigating issues where required.
- Input deliveries onto spreadsheets.
- Monitor SalesLine email account and input orders received.
