About the role Responsible to the Generalist Services Manager, this role of Advice Session Supervisor or a Trainee Advice Session Supervisor is specifically to support the current Advice Session Supervisor Team during a period of change. The role requires advice and supervisory skills, specific subject knowledge, and a current understanding of the Citizens Advice QAA Process, all of which are set out in the Citizens Advice competences/standards.
