We are seeking a Client Partner for Key Accounts to join our Client Partnership team in London.

As a Senior Client Partner, you will collaborate with both N-iX Delivery and our Key Client Account teams in the UK and Ireland to ensure high satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships. Your responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities within your portfolio of priority accounts and maintaining strong client relationships to generate mutual business value. Our key accounts include renowned companies from the Fortune 100/500 lists and established tech firms that have trusted N-iX for their software development needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Account Planning and Development
  • Gain client and market insights, document industry trends, competitor activities, and client strategies.
  • Develop and maintain an account map outlining the client organization structure.
  • Identify growth targets and conduct regular account reviews.
  • Support the creation and update of a comprehensive account strategy.
  • Develop tactics to achieve strategic goals and monitor progress.
  • Maintain up-to-date account studies, stakeholder maps, and contact lists.
  • Register and update all opportunities and offerings.
  • Develop & Maintain Client Relationships
    • Build trust-based relationships with key stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and growth.
    • Establish regular meetings and business reviews with clients.
    • Identify new opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
    • Monitor stakeholder changes and maintain connections for prospecting.
  • Account Expansion
    • Arrange meetings with new prospects within the account.
    • Qualify client needs and generate new sales opportunities.
    • Manage sales opportunities through various stages.
    • Coordinate discovery meetings to understand client pain points, budgets, and decision processes.
    • Create and deliver service presentations.
    • Develop proposals collaboratively with the team.
    • Track contract expiration dates and coordinate renewal actions.
    • Report on account status and development activities.
  • Manage Client Satisfaction
    • Identify key contacts for CSAT surveys and interpret results.
    • Proactively address satisfaction risks and issues.
    • Obtain permissions for marketing disclosures and help draft case studies.
    Qualifications:
    • M.Sc. in economics, computer science, applied math, business, or marketing.
    • 5+ years in IT service companies, with at least 1 year in sales, project, or account management.
    • Strong command of English.
    • Understanding of IT outsourcing models and commercial terms.
    • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
    • Proactive, effective communicator with high EQ.
    • Disciplined and results-oriented.
    • Willingness to travel for business trips.
