Are you a detail-oriented and creative writer with a passion for simplifying complex financial concepts? We are looking for a Technical Copywriter – Financial Promotions to join our dynamic Marketing & Communications team. In this pivotal role, you’ll combine your flair for writing with a deep understanding of financial regulations to ensure our marketing materials are not only engaging but also fully compliant with FCA rules and Consumer Duty directives. Key Responsibilities Act as the compliance and regulatory authority within the marketing team. Ensure all marketing content adheres to FCA (SYSC) and Consumer Duty requirements. Own and maintain the Financial Promotions manual, ensuring team-wide understanding and adherence. Conduct regular audits of marketing materials for compliance. Collaborate with Compliance and internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and alignment. Create compelling, compliant content for campaigns, digital channels, and collateral. Support wealth managers, business development, and head office teams with tailored content. Maintain brand consistency and tone of voice across all platforms. Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes. Qualifications & Experience Degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field (preferred). Proven experience in technical or marketing copywriting, ideally in financial services. Strong knowledge of FCA SYSC rules and Consumer Duty principles. Experience working in regulated industries. What We’re Looking For Impeccable grammar, spelling, and writing skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe InDesign and CMS tools. Understanding of SEO and content marketing strategies. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
