Duties include but are not limited to; Responsible for the onboarding and induction of new starters into the sales department Work alongside the sales leadership team to develop and deliver sales onboarding for your territory, in line with the company KPI’s Deliver in field training to ensure field sales executives achieve the company KPI’s Complete observational training and deliver feedback to sales colleagues and their line managers in line with the company structure Coach the field sales team to sell full fibre broadband and affiliated products, primarily to the B2C market but also to the B2B market Reviewing team performance with the Head of Sales, supporting key areas and individuals requiring training support Ability to close sales via door to door selling to demonstrate best practice Essential Requirements A full UK driving license Access to a vehicle that meets our safety specifications Minimum 1 year sales coaching experience Minimum 2 years sales experience Evidence of coaching in a sales environment Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office365 program suite (specifically Microsoft Powerpoint) Why our people love working with us: £50 per month to put towards the cost of a mobile phone. 25 days annual leave + bank holidays.
