Gamma is a leading supplier of Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS). We provide voice, data and mobile products and services to the UK, German, Spanish and Benelux business markets. Gamma is expanding its UCaaS presence in Europe with a family of businesses focusing on digital automation, delivering Gamma‑powered services to SME customers via a network of channel partners in Germany, Spain, and the Benelux region.
What will you be doing day‑to‑day?
The Solutions Architect will work alongside the sales team, Lead Solutions Architects and Solutions Consultants to gain new customers and increase penetration into existing customer accounts by using innovative and creative technical solutions. They will ensure effective presales and solution support by providing good technical expertise across a wide range of Gamma’s Managed Networks products and will ‘own’ the solution to successful delivery through a consultative approach.
- Support the development of business opportunities in conjunction with the Managed Networks presales and direct sales teams.
- Provide consultancy to aid customers in developing their Managed Network requirements, focusing on larger Enterprise customers.
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into functional, effective solutions using deep knowledge of all Managed Networks products and services.
- Provide consultative technical support for opportunities, bids and proposals incorporating multiple core products and services.
- Participate in customer solution presentations and meetings as required.
- Help develop new and emerging team members through support and guidance.
- Interface with Proposition Management to feedback customer requirements.
What you’ll need
You will work directly with a wide array of customers across private and public sectors, so excellent client‑facing skills and a commercial, consultative approach are essential.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of demonstrable experience in a pre‑sales, sales engineering or customer solutions role with strong technical and commercial skills.
- Experience with Managed Networks solutions including SD‑WAN, Meraki, MPLS and related connectivity technologies.
- Excellent presentation skills, including training delivery and presenting to all levels.
- Strong written presentation skills for producing technical sales proposals.
- Agile, can‑do attitude and willingness to deliver on requirements.
- Home‑based role with travel as required.
