We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated Sous Chef or Head Chef to join our friendly team at a charming country pub near Keswick. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently in a small kitchen, with plenty of autonomy and the chance to make their mark.

About the Role: You will take charge of the kitchen's day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth service and consistent quality. Work closely with the front-of-house team to deliver a seamless guest experience. Create fresh, seasonal dishes with a strong Italian-inspired influence. Approximately 45-50 hours per week. Support is available from the Head Chef and team at our sister pub nearby.
