Are you an experienced Test Developer with a deep understanding of automotive electronics and a passion for cutting-edge technology? As a key member of the development team, you will contribute to creating test solutions for advanced automotive electronics.
Key Responsibilities
- HIL Test systems: Development of closed loop test systems on existing hardware using LabView development environment.
- Development of bespoke test hardware: Design and build of bespoke HIL testing solutions for automotive control module test solutions, including specification and design of hardware (Electronic circuits and PCB layouts, material fabrications).
- Test Automation: Implement automated test frameworks, scripts, and tools to ensure consistent, repeatable testing while optimizing the testing process.
- Post-Deployment Support: Provide ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting of HIL systems after deployment, diagnosing and resolving integration or technical issues across hardware and software components.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in developing closed-loop test solutions for embedded systems, particularly in an automotive or electronics environment.
- Expertise in LabVIEW development for closed loop test systems.
- Strong background in both hardware and software design, with hands-on experience in system integration.
- Proficient understanding of automotive systems, wiring diagrams, electronics, and communication protocols.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a methodical approach to troubleshooting complex systems in high-pressure environments.
- Practical experience with debugging and optimizing both hardware and software systems in real-time applications.
