We are looking to recruit a Photocopier Engineer to cover the Bristol and areas to the South. As a Photocopier Engineer you will be the face of Sharp Business Systems attending customer sites, providing first class service by preparing, installing, maintaining, servicing and repairing a range of multi-function photocopier devices and software. Our engineers work sociable hours (Monday – Friday, office hours).
The ideal candidate will have previous experience with the maintenance of MFDs/photocopiers and ideally some networking skills. Experience with Sharp products is desirable but not essential. A company vehicle is provided, and a full driving licence is required.
Responsibilities- Delivering, installing and demonstrating machines to customers
- Maintenance and repairs of multifunctional machines
- Occasional work in one of our workshops
- Attending training courses and service meetings as requested
- Responsible for the completion of all service calls allocated
- Managing and protecting stock and consumables in the company vehicle
- Promoting company products and feeding any relevant information back to the sales department
- Experience as a Field Service Photocopier Engineer, installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment
- Experience of networking is required
- Experience with Sharp equipment is very helpful
- Experience with Papercut is advantageous
- Familiar with working to KPIs or SLAs
