We are looking for an individual with a strong background in Human Resources and a genuine interest in their field. The HR Officer will be responsible for delivering a dedicated HR service to support the full employee life cycle.
What we need?
- Review team activities and ensure that deadlines and KPIs are met, adjusting where necessary to succeed.
- Liaise with managers and team leaders in the proactive management of sickness absence.
- Complete administrative tasks such as coordinating strategy meetings and reporting outcomes of cases while respecting the privacy of employees and demonstrating integrity.
- Endeavor to respond to queries in an appropriate and timely manner.
- Assist in the implementation of management policy and provide reports on the outcome.
- High attention to detail and diligent completion of assigned tasks.
- 1 year of experience in Human Resources.
