Cost Controlling Staffordshire, UK Full time permanent Hire // Contract Required Skills Able to drive project teams to control the project Analytical skills to use data to forecast outcomes Primavera skills Cost management skills Ensure the project costs are managed with global standard tools and processes Ensure budgeted values are aligned with historical performance Review project schedule and progress to identify cost risks and opportunities Review project scope evolution to identify cost risk and opportunities Review functional execution and events to identify cost risks and opportunities Provide cost analytics using project information and analyzing cost and productivity trends Own and drive the Budget Deviation Process with tools Drive a regular cost operating rhythm to discuss risks and opportunities Develop cost forecasts based on functional input and analytics, challenging functional estimates where needed Check and control cost movements, compare with current scope and progress as well as with previous forecast Compare with productivity factors and validate the accuracy of estimates Communicate cost status, forecasts, and risks to functional cost owners and support risk mitigation Present all financial data transparently, attending project and management reviews to present cost status and actions Align with Finance Controller to ensure reconciliation between approved project financial data and books Provide time-based cost forecasts to support revenue recognition Analyze all risks and opportunities, communicate priorities and potential impacts clearly Support change order analysis Support claim preparations #J-18808-Ljbffr
