Responsibilities
- Enhance service delivery by adopting digital tools and modern practices to improve efficiency and customer experience.
- Make timely and sound determinations on building regulation applications and advise on compliance matters.
- Develop and monitor a robust business plan for the building control service.
- Represent the Council in enforcement actions, policy discussions, and partnerships.
- Oversee investigations into dangerous structures and enforcement cases.

Candidate Profile
