We look for ambitious individuals who can demonstrate high levels of drive, determination and creativity. Our Training: Our dedicated People Development Team will work with you from day one and support you through classroom training, coaching, and mentoring at every career stage within TEKsystems. As a Recruiter, you will be enrolled in our training programme \’The Academy\’, which fast-tracks your career and equips you with essential tools. The 6-month structured training covers sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, developing sourcing strategies, building stakeholder relationships, negotiating, and overcoming challenges. To maximize your learning, you\’ll be paired with a mentor for ongoing career development and coaching. You will work with leading clients across various sectors, providing tailored IT Staffing Solutions.
