Known for their modern aesthetic, product quality, and sustainable innovation, the brand is gaining traction across both residential and commercial specification markets. With a well-established distribution network and expanding UK team, this business is well-positioned for its next phase of strategic growth.

  • Identify new project opportunities and secure specifications in early design stages through to completion.
  • Collaborate with commercial, contracts, and technical teams to manage timelines and client expectations.
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and key industry events to enhance the company’s presence and secure long-term partnerships.
  • Maintain and grow existing relationships while consistently generating new business and improving win rates.
  • Deliver insights from the market to inform internal strategy and product development.

Ideal Experience & Background

  • Previous success in a specification-led sales role within the interiors is essential.
  • A well-established network within the specification and design community—architects, developers, main contractors, and procurement consultants.
  • Understanding of the full specification process, including pricing structures, rebate agreements, and project tendering.
  • Skilled in pipeline management using CRM tools and confident working across long lead-time projects.

  • A chance to shape the national specification strategy with real autonomy.
  • High-impact role with support from a collaborative, forward-thinking team.
  • Attend major UK and international design exhibitions and events.
  • Competitive salary, performance bonus, premium company car and more.
