The predicted salary is between 48000 - 64000 £ per year.
We are working closely with a highly regarded consultancy that is actively recruiting for a Senior Oracle Cloud Consultant to join them on a permanent basis. You will need to demonstrate strong client-facing / consultancy experience and a proven record of delivering full lifecycle implementation projects delivering Oracle based HCM solutions to medium and large enterprise clients. The role offers hybrid working with regular travel to client sites as and when needed. Please note: Due to the client base, any applicant must be UK based and eligible for Security Clearance at SC Level.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of consultants, developing and managing the delivery plan for your projects.
- Interact with and influence client stakeholders and support and advise them on key decisions for their Oracle implementation programs.
- Plan and lead the delivery of client facing workshops and meetings, demonstrating significant domain knowledge and experience.
- Create accurate documentation of key deliverables including project plans, requirements, processes, design & configuration documents, specifications and test plans.
- Identify opportunities to provide additional services and products to clients.
- Be involved in sales processes, participating in sales presentation, estimating and planning of relevant workflows.
Experience Required:
- Excellent knowledge of and experience of implementation projects for Oracle HCM Cloud with an emphasis on HR and Talent Modules.
- Experience in Applications Security, Approvals and extensibility tools (HCM Experience Design Studio).
- Experience of a range of the following: Profile Management (Talent Profile), Performance & Goal Management, Talent Review & Succession Planning, Oracle ME applications, Oracle Grow, Dynamic Skills, Recruiting Cloud, Cloud Learning, HR Helpdesk/Case Management, Benefits, Workforce Compensation, Absence Management and Time & Labor.
