Housing Investment and Compliance Services Manager

Role Overview: We\’re seeking a passionate individual to lead our housing planned maintenance, improvement, and compliance functions in Charnwood, Leicestershire. This role involves managing large budgets, procuring contracts, delivering work programmes, and enhancing services to serve approximately 5,400 tenants and 400 leaseholders. An experienced housing professional, leader, and excellent communicator, you will ensure the provision of safe, decent homes.
