We are working in partnership with a leading organisation in the lighting and electrical sector to recruit a highly skilled and strategic Digital Marketing Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to take ownership of the digital strategy and performance across a well-established and growing brand.
The Role
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive, insight-led digital strategy. Working across multiple channels—including social media, SEO, paid media, email marketing, and website content—you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion. This is a hands-on, results-driven role ideal for someone who thrives on both strategic planning and tactical execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Delivery: Create and implement multi-channel digital campaigns with a focus on performance and ROI. Manage content calendars, oversee campaign rollouts, and collaborate with internal teams. Continuously monitor and optimise campaigns based on performance metrics.
- Analytics & Insight: Define and track digital KPIs such as SEO rankings, CTRs, email open rates, and audience growth. Provide regular performance reporting using Google Analytics and other tools. Conduct customer journey analysis, keyword research, and segmentation to inform strategy.
- Projects & Collaboration: Lead digital projects such as website enhancements and new campaign initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional teams and liaise with external agencies to deliver successful outcomes.
- Content & Quality: Ensure consistency of brand tone, messaging, and visual identity across all digital touchpoints. Uphold high standards in content quality and compliance across all platforms.
- Compliance & Governance: Maintain GDPR and privacy compliance across all digital activity. Keep up to date with platform standards and best practices.
What We’re Looking For
- Education & Experience: A recognised qualification in Digital Marketing (e.g., CIM or equivalent) is desirable. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar digital marketing role, with proven success in developing and executing strategies across multiple channels.
- Skills & Tools: Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics, WordPress, Sprout, and PIM systems. Experience managing agencies, freelancers, and collaborating across departments.
- Personal Attributes: Strategic thinker with commercial acumen. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and results-driven. Excellent communicator and team collaborator.
