Altrincham – Free onsite parking
Starting basic: £26k per annum (+ Uncapped Commission with no threshold to start earning from month one.)
Monday – Thursday: 12pm – 8pm (Flexible) Friday: 5 hours flexible WFH
The Role
You will be responsible for sourcing both new candidates for jobs passed from your Client Solutions counterpart. You’ll be expected to use your initiative when it comes to market knowledge and gaining commercial information to share with the team. The role is conversation driven and so you will be expected to be on the phones often. We will fully train and support your development to ensure you’re happy and confident within your new role. As your skills and confidence grow, you will be given the freedom to influence processes end to end.
