Overview:
Seeking a Business Analyst to support trade and transaction reporting compliance across EMEA, with a focus on EMIR Refit. The role involves regulatory tracking, reconciliation analysis, and process improvement. (London 2-3 days a week in office)

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and interpret regulatory updates across EMEA, ensuring EMIR Refit compliance.
Collaborate with SMEs to define and document technical business requirements.
Run and analyse reconciliations using DUCO; build/customise controls as needed.
Support issue resolution, testing, and delivery of changes across Compliance, Ops, and Tech.
Present findings and remediation plans to senior stakeholders.
Produce and share MI across governance forums.

Required Expertise:

Strong knowledge of trade and transaction reporting regulations.
Experience with reconciliation tools (e.g., DUCO) and issue analysis.
Ability to interpret QA reports (e.g., Kaizen) and assess business impact.
Comfortable supporting BAU processes and client queries.
