Hybrid Key Account Manager – Birmingham

Newstaff Employment is hiring an experienced Hybrid Key Account Manager in Birmingham to join a successful maintenance services company specialising in the fire and security industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional with a proven track record in relationship management, service selling, and project delivery.

Location: Birmingham (must live within easy commuting distance)
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per annum + excellent commission structure + extensive benefits package
Working Hours: 9-day working fortnight
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and convert your own sales pipeline across unrestricted areas and industries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Sell and design fire and security solutions to meet client requirements
• Identify opportunities for product and service development
• Work closely with the Group Sales Director to deliver growth targets
• Provide exceptional client management, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in relationship management and client acquisition within the fire and security industry
• Demonstrable success in selling and designing solutions
• Strong product and service development knowledge
• Highly self-motivated and driven to achieve targets
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Confident communicator with outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
