Your new role This is a fantastic job for a qualified primary teacher looking for full-time work without full-time class responsibilities. As the school’s PPA cover teacher, you will be required to cover all classes throughout the school from EYFS through to upper key stage 2. Although there is no formal planning, you will need suitable preparation to deliver the pre-planned lessons. This role is long-term and is to commence in January 2025. What you\’ll need to succeed You will need to be a qualified teacher (QTS) and the school will be happy to take on an experienced teacher or NQTs/ECTs. You should be flexible and adaptable. Due to the nature of the role, you will be moving around the school covering different classes. You need to be a good team player, have good time management and behaviour management skills. In addition to this, we will require two satisfactory references.
