Seaworthy Consulting is seeking a Crewing Manager for a company operating approximately 12 workboat vessels. This is a permanent, full-time position with a hybrid working pattern : initially from home, transitioning to a schedule of half the week remote and half in the office located on the South East coast of England. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the company\’s fleet is consistently and efficiently crewed with qualified personnel, complying with all relevant regulations. This role requires effective liaison with various departments such as port agents, travel agencies, payroll, ship captains, technical teams, and HR. It involves problem-solving, quick thinking, and may require working outside regular hours.
