This is a genuine offer with a contract in place for all your time and efforts, so as much as we are seeking an Angel Investor you can expect a generous rate of pay in return. You will be working side by side with 2 other directors pushing our company sky high.

We are seeking a Sales Director/ Angel Investor/ Company Partner who shares our drive and passion and sees this opportunity as a one-way ticket to success. We will continue as partners to build B2B relationships with high profile businesses within the luxury real estate and the hospitality industry.

We are agents for the resort chain Soneva in the Maldives and are currently working with The Corinthia Group, The Maybourne Hotel Group and Wyndham Hotels and Resorts to name a few. We have partnered with a Forbes recognised property mogul with the intent to sell private islands and corporate giant CBRE.

The ideal candidate will be required to provide capital, offer mentorship and provide industry experience to help the business grow and scale. Oversee the creation of the Sales team’s operations and strategies. By researching market trends and conducting competitor analysis, you will develop and implement sales strategies to grow the company.

You will become the company’s first point of contact with other Corporate Directors and CEOs to introduce our services. Build solid and reputable lasting relationships with big corporate organisations, especially targeting the aviation industry, lifestyle management companies such as concierge, brokers and clients that require our services, to increase and volumize sales and profit.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies
  • Prepare operational and financial sales department reports
  • Oversee the management, learning, and career development of the sales team
  • Directly coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience but not necessary
  • 3+ years' of sales leadership experience
  • 5+ years' of experience in sales
  • Strong leadership skills
