As our Digital Project Manager, you will be accountable for projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring everything runs smoothly, there are no blockers, and risks are mitigated along the way. Itβs your job to understand our clients\β needs and ensure the project meets the requirements.
You are the lynchpin that holds everything together, the go-to person, capable of transforming a chaotic and reactive work environment into a more structured and efficient one.
You can naturally find the right balance between building, growing, and enhancing internal and external relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, ensuring project delivery within time, budget, and scope.
About You
You will be technically minded, have a genuine interest in the digital world both in and out of work, with the ability to work closely with the development team, understanding project limitations, capabilities, potential blockers, and communicating these to non-technical teams in a digestible manner.

- Lead software development projects from conception to completion, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery to client satisfaction
- Develop and communicate project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, and resources
- Ensure requirements are clearly defined, understood, and progress is tracked and reported
- Mitigate and manage project risks and issues with appropriate plans
- Define project teams and visualize our approach/methodology
- Manage resource prioritization, scheduling, and direction
- Regularly communicate project status to clients and stakeholders
- Document processes related to service delivery, including SOW, requirements, proposals, MoSCoW, RAID, RACI, billing plans
- Ensure project documentation is signed off and stages are formally approved
- Maintain accurate timesheets and invoices, supporting finance with invoicing
- Focus on revenue and utilization metrics
- Advise talent managers on resource needs, maintaining communication with sales
- Manage internal projects and client servicing levels
- Oversee third-party contractors and agencies
- Work with team members to improve delivery efficiency
- Ensure team alignment on project goals and timelines
- Complete testing, snagging, or post-project support as needed
- Assist with revenue recognition
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks regularly to all stakeholders
- Provide leadership and motivation to project teams
- Facilitate retrospectives to improve processes
