Base pay range $145,000.00/yr – $150,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Atlantic Group Associate Director @ Atlantic Group | Executive Search, Recruitment DETAILS: Position: Senior Accounting Manager Schedule: Hybrid (2-3 days in-office) Compensation: $145K – $150K + 15% Bonus REQUIREMENTS: 7 + years of accounting experience within public accounting (audit or tax). Real Estate clients preferred, but not required CPA required JOB DESCRIPTION: Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes for a portfolio of properties. Prepare and review property-level financial statements, variance analyses, and management reports. Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal policies, and lender reporting requirements. Supervise and mentor property accountants and accounting staff. Provide training and development to support team growth and accuracy. Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic reforecasting for assigned properties. Collaborate with asset management and property management teams to align financial plans with operational goals. Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals. Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, CAM reconciliations, and lease administration activities. Maintain SOX/internal control documentation as required. Coordinate audit requests and support external auditors. Provide required information for property tax and income tax filings. Support implementation and optimization of accounting systems and procedures.
