About the Role We’re looking for an Education Coordinator to join our Education and Talent Development team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of built environment education, a passion for early careers and apprenticeships, and experience coordinating complex learning programmes. Key Responsibilities: Drive engagement with universities and schools – from office visits to sponsorships and shows Coordinate global internships and placements, and help shape our Graduate Show Manage architecture and multi-disciplinary apprenticeships across the practice Support our Professional Practice Academy , CPD programme, and outreach initiatives Champion Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) across all education streams Collaborate with HR, Talent, and external partners to deliver a seamless learning experience What We’re Looking For: Experience in architectural education or professional training delivery Knowledge of UK apprenticeship frameworks (Level 6 & 7 ideal) Confident managing multiple stakeholders and priorities Familiar with Learning Management Systems (LMS) Organised, self-motivated, and a strong team player Able to build positive relationships internally and externally Benefits include 25 days holiday, pension, annual bonus and much more!
