Our interiors client is seeking a strong all-rounder Receptionist and Assistant with common sense, initiative, and eagerness to learn. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the team, working closely with the Office Manager.
This Receptionist / Assistant will ensure the smooth running of the office, handling front-of-house and receptionist duties, plus occasional PA work for a senior executive as required.
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and energetic team player with a proactive, can-do attitude. They should be efficient and rigorous, with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills. Previous office environment experience is essential, though reception and PA experience, whilst preferable, is not essential for the right candidate.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Reception, front of house and meeting room set up / management
- Responsible for the smooth running of all aspects of the office
- The first point of contact / liaise with IT support regarding tech issues.
- Update, back up, maintain and troubleshoot Directors’ iPhones and iPads
- Diary coordination and management
- Manage all travel and produce detailed itineraries
- Book flights, drivers, parking, taxis, car hire, restaurants and hotels
- Ordering breakfast/lunch at the office daily
- Senior exec PA support
- General administration duties
