Job Purpose (Role Definition) : The Clinical Support Trainer will provide training and support for Micrel infusion devices in both homecare and hospital settings. This role is on a bank basis (zero hours) and will support the Product Specialist in their area. Main Duties and Responsibilities Provide product training for healthcare professionals and end users associated with Micrel infusion devices. Deliver training sessions in both homecare and hospital settings to ensure competency in device usage. Support the Product Specialist by assisting with training activities in their assigned area. Support the Product Specialist with ensure training materials and content are up to date and aligned with the latest clinical and technical information. Maintain thorough product knowledge, including the ability to demonstrate and educate on product usage. Provide after-training support to ensure ongoing competency and confidence in device operation. Maintain accurate records of training activities and provide reports as required. Adhere to all relevant clinical and regulatory guidelines to ensure the safe and effective use of Micrel devices.
