What You\’ll Do Lead the design, support, and maintenance of critical infrastructure services. Ensure high availability, scalability, and compliance across global systems. Own the lifecycle of server environments (Rocky Linux, Windows Server, VMWare/Nutanix). Drive major infrastructure projects – from refreshes to site migrations. Act as a senior escalation point for technical issues and service requests. Collaborate with business units to modernize and secure IT architecture. Maintain documentation and inventory and manage third-party relationships. Required Experience 5+ years managing enterprise-scale infrastructure (internal or outsourced environments). Technical Expertise Windows Server, Rocky Linux 9 VMWare, Nutanix Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure Dell Data Protection Suite, AWS Backup Samba, DNS, DHCP Ansible, Python scripting ITIL Foundation (or equivalent awareness) Soft Skills Strong planning and prioritization abilities Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments Willingness to travel and take on ad-hoc responsibilities Why Belcan?
