You will play a key role in driving operational success, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a deep understanding of insurance operations, strong managerial skills, and a commitment to high-quality service.
Hours: Rota – 08:00 – 18:30, rolling 1/4 weekends (Saturday and Sunday, where Sunday work is required)
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop operational staff, conduct performance evaluations, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Service & Recruitment: Deliver KPIs related to telephony and claim activity, optimize performance, and manage recruitment strategies.
- Continual Improvement: Streamline processes, analyze data for inefficiencies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements.
- Compliance: Ensure activities comply with regulations, conduct audits, and stay updated on industry changes.
- Customer Satisfaction: Address customer enquiries and complaints, develop initiatives to improve customer experience, and monitor satisfaction levels.
