As U16s Head Coach you will be responsible for the delivery of a comprehensive and effective player development programme for the EFCW U16 Players Development, working closely with the Senior Manager – EFCW Academy to establish, implement, and manage, a comprehensive schedule and IDP’s framework supporting the player pathway to U21 squad You will contribute towards creating a culture that maximises the talent of each club player in all aspects of the four-corner model and help with the design and delivery of all performance analysis requirements across the Academy. You will be required to work as part of a wider multi-disciplinary team to ensure that the needs of all players are fully catered for, and toplan and deliver the coaching programme for the age group you lead to a high standard.
