We seek a senior Service Designer contractor to join our global client in the UK for government projects – designing end-to-end service journeys. Contract role (Inside IR35) via Dexian UK – Duration: up to 2 years with potential for further extension Remote role – with occasional business travels Full-time assignment Possession of an Active SC clearance is required Responsibilities: Your work will involve the creation of, or change to, transactions, products and content across both digital and offline channels provided by different parts of government. Work with service managers and programme directors to develop design concepts. Have responsibility across complex services. Help set direction and embed good practice within teams. Make important decisions based on research and understand how this research impacts others. Requirements: Ability to clearly document and communicate design decisions, related risks and any unresolved issues. Proficiency in designing interactive and technological solutions. Ability to design solutions integrating visual design, graphic representation and interface design. Proficiency in analysing, synthesising, and clearly explaining complex evidence relevant to users or a service, for example, large data sets.
