Location: Battersea
EH20 are delighted to be working on behalf of an esteemed Estates Management firm with a large retail site in Battersea. This role will be an exciting hands-on role which will see you involved in the maintenance and upgrades of fittings and furnishings working with a diverse team.
Responsibilities:
- To provide fabric maintenance on site
- To carry out day to day reactive works in a safe and efficient manner within legislative and contractual obligations
- Ensure that records are up to date and of the highest standard
- Day to day fabric repairs of building services including fixture and fittings
- Completion of work record sheets and compliance documentation in accordance with contract SLA's
- Regular communication with JCA site management team
- Adhere to company procedures and policies, risk assessments and method statements
- Providing cover and assisting for other team members
- Hosting and escorting specialist sub contractors from time to time
- In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the jobholder is required to carry out such other duties as may be required and as may be assigned by the directors from time to time
Ensure a professional image of JCA is presented to clients and end users, exhibiting high levels of customer service in the delivery of work.
You:
- You should be fully conversant with fabric repairs and maintenance to the building envelope, fixture, and fittings
- Having basic knowledge of L8 ACOP Legionella Awareness
- Having worked in the industry for a minimum of 2 years
- Having a basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance
- Minimum of C + G painting and decorating, carpentry/joinery, plumbing or equivalent
- Being TRADA qualified and having experience in tiling would be a plus.
