You will manage your own desk, build lasting client relationships, and leverage your expertise to mentor junior consultants, contributing to the growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow your own recruitment desk within a specialist sector, identifying new business opportunities and cultivating long-term relationships with clients.
- Source, interview, and assess candidates, ensuring a perfect match for both client and candidate.
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs and market trends to provide strategic recruitment solutions.
