Be part of a great team as Assistant General Manager for this independent venue on the outskirts of Leeds. Busy venue, as Assistant General Manager you will be required to work during the busy days of Wednesday - Sunday and each week you will have set days off on Monday and Tuesday, which can help you plan your week. Newly refurbished bar and restaurant, with a lovely decor and all new, makes this a lovely place to work. There is a large outside area for busy summer days.
As Assistant General Manager you will have a great knowledge of food and drink - here we use lots of local produce and local suppliers to help with the theme of sustainability and being environmentally conscious.
You will be someone who enjoys looking after customers and prioritises customer service. You will have a great relationship with the kitchen to liaise and ensure smooth service and to drive sales. You will be an Assistant Manager who can train and develop your team to get the best out of them and help them grow.
This role will suit someone who prefers a more rural setting to that of the busy city.
