The Role
As Delivery Director, you’ll lead the delivery of high-impact AI data projects for globally recognised clients. Working across cross-functional teams (delivery, BD, data science, and product), you’ll ensure operational excellence while hitting quality, timeline, and commercial targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent AI projects
- Drive on-time, high-quality execution that meets both client expectations and internal KPIs (e.g. gross margin targets)
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to shape winning proposals and convert new opportunities
- Manage and mentor delivery teams, stepping in hands-on when needed
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders — including data scientists, researchers, and vendor managers
- Continuously improve delivery processes and execution frameworks
About You
- Consulting pedigree: 2+ years in top-tier consulting at Engagement Manager or Associate Partner level
- Strong grasp of AI & GenAI: Familiar with machine learning workflows, data science principles, and industry trends
- Client-centric: Skilled at managing technical and executive stakeholders
- Remote-ready: Able to work across time zones and distributed teams
