As part of our continued growth, we’re looking to hire a skilled Salesforce Developer to join the technology team and help shape the future of their CRM capabilities.
The Role: As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and deployment of custom Salesforce solutions that support sales, service, and marketing functions. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you’ll play a key role in optimising the Salesforce platform to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) in line with business requirements
- Develop custom applications and components using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce implementations, including integrations with third-party applications
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle including code reviews, testing, and deployment
- Stay up to date with Salesforce best practices, new features, and platform updates
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer in a commercial environment
- Hands-on expertise with Apex, Lightning Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration including workflows, process builders, and flows
- Experience with integrating Salesforce with other systems via APIs and middleware
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Platform Developer II a plus)
- Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is desirable
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
