ISS Facilities Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee patient catering and retail units at The Walton Centre, Liverpool. This pivotal role ensures high-quality food service delivery within a busy healthcare setting, supporting patient wellbeing and satisfaction.
The Role
- Supervise and coordinate daily catering operations for patient meals and retail units
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations specific to healthcare environments
- Lead, train, and motivate catering staff to deliver excellent service standards
- Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control to minimise waste and maximise efficiency
- Work closely with clinical teams to accommodate dietary requirements and special menus
- Maintain accurate records and reporting as per ISS and Walton Centre policies
- Foster a positive, customer-focused environment to enhance patient and visitor experience
