What You’ll Do

  • Pre-Contract Phase: Support FEED with cost estimates, budgeting, and risk assessments
  • Post-Contract Phase: Lead forecasting, cost control, and commercial reporting
  • Contract Management: Administer NEC3/NEC4 contracts, including variations and compensation events
  • Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor
  • Strong understanding of both pre- and post-contract phases
  • Practical knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contract frameworks
  • Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field
  • Full UK driver’s license (preferred)
