A global listed Services company is currently hiring a Head of Group Reporting & Accounting to join their established and high-performing team in their London headquarters. As a trusted provider to a range of sectors including Marine, Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Construction and Infrastructure, this company is industry-leading in its field and offers excellent career and growth prospects within the business.

As Head of Group Reporting & Accounting, you will be responsible for leading and directing a team of accountants in producing accurate and timely reporting, audits and consolidations. The role will also entail providing accounting advice to the group, including managing technical accounting such as developments to IFRS, as well as documenting changes. A large part of the role will focus on transformation around reporting, standards and procedures. You will be experienced working with an audit committee.

You will be a Qualified Accountant with an ACA or equivalent qualification and a number of years' experience working for a large, complex multinational organisation. You will be a confident leader and be passionate about developing staff as well as improving internal processes and systems.
