This role is the host and centre of one of our newest neighbourhoods responsible for engaging with and assisting our residents daily, connecting people and creating a unique and memorable experience for residents. The role is responsible for delivering resident satisfaction by providing efficient and welcoming assistance with all requests, ensuring a smooth and seamless operation combined with a high customer service levels.

Candidates must be confident communicators with excellent customer service skills. They must have initiative, be organised, enjoy problem solving, be flexible and adaptable, have excellent attention to detail, be a team playing and proactive.

Founded in 2013 when we took over the Athletes Village after the 2012 Olympics, we have grown from 3 neighbourhoods to 7 in the last 18 months across the South East and Midlands. Our neighbourhoods are some of the most desirable and sought after, providing a variety of amenities including gyms, cinemas, working areas, communal areas and regular events.
