About the Role
- Lead the production and delivery of major bids and tenders
- Develop tailored pitch strategies and guide go/no-go decisions
- Ensure pitch processes are managed efficiently from RFP to submission
- Collaborate with partners to craft compelling, commercially focused content
- Coach and prepare lawyers for client presentations
- Analyse bid outcomes, implementing improvements to enhance success rates
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing pitches in a professional services environment (legal sector preferred)
- Expertise in procurement-led panel processes and transactional bids
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Exceptional communication & negotiation skills, with confidence in influencing stakeholders
- Creative, commercial mindset, with experience in branding, design, and copywriting for bid responses
- Proficiency in CRM systems (InterAction preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
