Job Description
- Processing supplier invoices
- Handling and resolving supplier queries, managing and updating supplier details
- Processing staff expenses
- Preparing weekly payment runs
- Raising sales invoices
- Performing supplier and bank statement reconciliations
- Assisting with preparation of payroll
- Preparing project and corporate reports for analysis and reconciliation
- Assisting senior finance team with management accounts
The Successful Applicant
A successful Part-Time Finance Assistant should have:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience with Xero is desired
- Strong Excel experience
- Previous experience in the Film / TV / Media industry is highly desirable
- Self-starter
- Team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
